Your Massage Therapist

Emily is a graduate from Sutherland Chan School and Teaching Clinic (a 2,200 hour program) and was a registered member of the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO). She practices a variety of therapeutic massage, including sports injury, fascial release and rehabilitation massage, prenatal, postpartum and infant massage. She has experience in decreasing the visibility of scarring from surgeries, and completed the Medical Acupuncture Certificate program with Royal Canadian College of Massage Therapy.

Emily's main sports work was with The Badminton and Racquet Club in Toronto's downtown squash pros,

and volunteering with the 2015 Pan American/Parapan American games, before moving to Mexico.

Emily was active in her Toronto community, volunteering time teaching massage students sports massage techniques at local sporting events. She continues participating in her Mexican community by hosting fundraisers and donating massages, and sponsoring local female competing athletes.

Physically active, having completed her first triathlon in 2014 and standing third on the podium, she's taken up surfing as a meditative (and ever challenging) past time, as well as the newest pickleball craze. This helps her relate to clients’ aches and pains during intense training or following sporting events. She takes her own advice and hits the yoga mat for stability and body awareness. She's even joined up with Sayulita.run to host a free Friday group run from her clinic.

Sharing Knowledge

Communication is key. We need to know what you're feeling, experiencing and what you're looking to gain in order to best help you. In turn, we will explain the treatment and what you can expect to gain from it.

Helping You Feel Better

Massage is a tool to help heal. Whether it's stress, illness or simply to pamper yourself, the benefits of massage can be life changing. We are honored to take that journey with you.
